EDUCATION CENTRE

Our state of the art Education Centre is available to book for meetings, seminars, conferences and training.  Facilities include audiovisual equipment, conference tables and chairs, lectern, microphone, WiFi, heating / cooling, bathroom and small kitchenette.

As at July, 2022, booking of the Education Centre is limited to a small number of valued Club partners and supporters and selected community groups. If you are unsure whether your organisation has approval to book the space, please contact the Club prior to making your booking.

Given the demand for our space and the limits on our volunteer resources, we apologise that we are not able to accept all requests for hire.  Approvals for organisations were emailed in July, 2022.  Bookings made by non-approved organisations will not be accepted.

 

PLEASE NOTE: 

• Bookings can only be made in 4 hour blocks. 
  • If you require longer than four hours, you will need to make multiple bookings.
• Bookings are available
  • 9am - 4pm Monday to Friday
  • 1st May, 2022 - 30th November, 2022
• As a volunteer organisation, our Club members will not be available to assist with set up, pack up, use of, or troubleshooting of any equipment provided in the Education Centre. 
  • We politely request that you refrain from contacting any of our volunteers for assistance in this regard.
• The Education Centre is not available for use for private parties or functions.   
• We kindly request that you leave the space as you found it.
